How long is my ride credit card valid?
Your ride credit card isn't tied to a single day. Ride credits you have left over can be used on a future visit.
How do I see how many ride credits I have left?
Open the link to your ride credit card. Your current balance is shown at the top, with an overview of every ride below it.
Can I buy extra ride credits?
Yes. If you run short on ride credits during your visit, simply top up your existing ride credit card. You do not need to buy a new one.
How does the volume discount work?
The rate applies to all cards in your order combined. From 25 ride credits you pay € 1.90 per ride credit, from 50 ride credits you pay € 1.85 per ride credit.
Can I share ride credits with someone else?
Yes. In your digital strip card, choose “Share ride credits”, enter the recipient's card number and specify how many ride credits to transfer.
Do I also need an entry ticket?
You don't need an entry ticket, but you do need to make a reservation.

How do I receive my ride credit card?
Straight after payment, by email. You can then add your ride credit card to your wallet and have the QR code scanned at the attraction.
I'm a Magic Member. Do I need to arrange anything?
As a Magic Member, you have unlimited access to Toverland, including during the Pay-per-ride promotion period. As a Magic Member, you can continue to enjoy unlimited and free access to all attractions, shows and activities. You also don't need to make a reservation in advance.
I need to accompany a child on an attraction because of the minimum height requirement. Do I also need ride credits?
Yes. Every visitor to an attraction must have a day ticket or pay per ride using credits. This also applies when accompanying a child on an attraction.
How long are my ride credits valid?
Purchased credits are not tied to a specific date and can be used throughout the entire Pay-per-ride promotion period.
If you have credits left over, you can also use them on another day. Purchased credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

During the Pay-per-ride promotion period, you can choose whether to buy a regular ticket or ride credits. Depending on your own wishes, you can decide which option suits you best.
